Is it Anxiety or a Demonic Attack?

In 2021, I had a therapist tell me that I was possessed and that I needed an exorcism.

A few months later, I was diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder by 2 different psychologists and 1 psychiatrist. (lol)

Demonic attacks can be a controversial topic depending on who you talk to. Considering the spiritual world has been completely diluted within the collective, the idea that demons even exist is questionable to many. What a tremendous lie humanity has been sprung with— a complete persuasion that we are merely physical creatures living in a physical world. The “elite” if you will has even gone as far to convince society that they are souless. What better way to strip people of their power, disconnect them from truth, all for inorganic control?

If you find yourself on this website reading this article, odds are that you have some sort of recollection of your spiritual nature. That we are, in fact, spiritual beings first, who have descended into materialism, physicality, in order to further remember our true nature and individualize our “I”. Among this, there is no denying that along with the light, darkness exists too— this includes dark entities.

Depending on the language being used, dark entities, also referred to as demons (Christianity), jinns (pre-Islamic Arabian religion and Islam), parasites, dark forces, etc., live among us. They are beings that have fallen so far from the love and the Spirit that in order to continue thriving, they must take from another being. Like a parasite that needs a host in order to survive, demons hunger for food because their connection to the purity that is Divine life-force has become so muddled, so indistinct, that it becomes practically non-existent. In order to maintain survival, it searches for a food source that it knows can nourish it.

This is where fear comes in.

When asking the question, “Is it anxiety or a demonic attack?” it’s important to note that the answer to this question is nuanced—not black and white.

As mentioned, demons are parasitic—they strive off of fear like a food source in order to maintain survival. This can appear in different forms, such as trauma, incongruent belief systems, degenerating thought patterns and actions, and so forth. All of these are nourishing to the parasite because with fear comes the responsibility of choice. To simplify, when a person finds themselves faced with fear, they come to a fork in the road—a pathway to evolution, or devolution, also referred to as the Christ stream or the antichrist stream (not to be confused with Yeshua, the physical incarnated man who embodied the Christ). For the unequipped, primitive mind, many find themselves on the path of devolution when fear takes ahold. There is a resistance to the fear and rather a further disconnect from body. A “running away from the shadow” if you will. The connection between mind and heart begins dissolving, restricting prana / qi to flow throughout and destabilizing balance between the energy systems of the body. Many who find themselves here resort to the headspace, where the brain feels a sense of control and safety by disengaging with the body’s ancient wisdom and transformative capabilities. For a person who is unconscious, it becomes even more challenging to integrate and alchemize, (though not impossible). Instead, the person becomes susceptible to losing sight within its body and finds refuge in the pain. Thus, degeneration may come about, opening the passageway to unholy energies.

This is the sweet nectar that parasitic energy thrives off of. The path of devolution among souls only strengthens the energy of these parasites because the light within themselves has become so obscured and fractured that it has no choice but to maintain energy from that very same energy that it has fallen into.

With all this being said, if we refer back to our black and white question, “Is it anxiety or a demonic attack?” there is no solid answer. Maybe it is, maybe it’s not. I don’t know.

But what does remain true is this—

Anxiety is your body’s way of alerting you that you have gone astray from the Self, capital S. It is your inner compass alerting you that your trajectory has been led off-course. Spirit is unwavering, and it goes against Soul’s nature to be living in a constant state of anxiety. As mentioned, demonic entities find its source of protein within these states. No matter if a dark force is infiltrating your field or not, one thing is certain:

If you struggle with anxiety, then there is an incongruent belief system that your subconscious mind is upholding. This is a belief system that contradicts Soul’s gnosis and Soul’s nature. Thus, pulling one out of alignment and in a state of dis-ease.

Again, does this mean anxiety is a demonic attack? Not necessarily. Can it be related? It could be possible. But the answer is nuanced, just like life itself.

To alchemize anxiety, it is necessary to get to the root of what is fueling the anxiety in the first place. If there is a parasitic energy at play, it is important to remember that in order for a parasite to harvest energy from a person, it must find a host that will provide a food source first. Food being fear. Food being an incongruency to Self and a misalignment of Self. At the root of all anxiety is an unhelpful, misaligned belief system, embedded with fear and a resistance to uncertainty. This dis-ease is the sweet nectar that has the potential to attract a parasitic energy and enrich it with the very fuel it needs in order to prosper. So instead of asking the question, Is it a demonic attack? the question now becomes What belief am I holding onto that is keeping me in a state of disharmony?

If you’re convinced that a demonic entity is attacking you, I suggest cutting its food supply first and foremost, just as we would for a parasite cleanse. That means peeling back the layers of whatever belief system the mind is fixated on, getting to its root, and rewiring the brain.

As far as the diagnosis I received in 2021, was it related to a demonic attack?

Maybe, maybe not.
